Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of Calmunity on web.calmunitymentalhealth.com and the Calmunity mobile app, operated by Aurisvibe Private Limited.
Not a substitute for therapy or emergency care
Calmunity provides peer emotional support conversations with vetted Listeners. Listeners are not therapists, doctors, counsellors, or emergency services. Calmunity is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, diagnosis, or medical care. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or a licensed professional independently.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, use Calmunity as a Caller, or apply as a Listener. We do not allow minors on this platform.
Accounts
You must provide a valid phone number and keep your account secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the mobile app. Deletion is completed within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Listener applications
Submitting a Listener application does not guarantee acceptance. Calmunity reviews all applications and may reject or request additional information at its discretion. Approved Listeners offer peer support; they are not medical professionals.
Listener earnings and payouts
Approved Listeners may earn amounts tracked in their Calmunity account. Listeners may register UPI or bank details so payouts can be processed by the Calmunity team on a scheduled basis. Calmunity is not a bank, wallet provider, or money-transfer service for Callers. Caller payments, when enabled in a future release, will follow pricing shown clearly in the app and applicable store policies.
Free Support
Calls are currently offered as Free Support. There is no per-minute charge to Callers while this period is active. If paid calling returns in a future release, pricing will be described clearly in the app before any charge.
Conduct
You agree to communicate respectfully and not to use Calmunity for harassment, threats, hate speech targeting protected groups, illegal activity, or exploitation of any person. We may end calls and restrict accounts to protect users.
Report, block, and safety tools
You can report or block another user from their profile, during a call, or from Call History in the app. Reports are reviewed by our team. Blocking prevents future calls between you and that person.
Child safety
Calmunity strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, grooming, sextortion, and any exploitation of children. We report apparent CSAM to the appropriate authorities. Child safety contact: care@calmunitymentalhealth.com.
